CUP
Everyday
MEDIUM / BALANCEDComforting, rounded, and made to be the cup you come back to.
Early mornings. Slow Sundays. The days that go sideways. We believe great coffee should feel right at home in all of them.
We’re exploring a deliberately focused lineup: approachable enough for every day, interesting enough to look forward to. These are working concepts, not yet products for sale.
Comforting, rounded, and made to be the cup you come back to.
Rich, confident, and satisfying. For the coffee that holds its own.
For when you want to slow down and find something a little different.
Really good coffee should be remarkably uncomplicated.
A clear, satisfying cup matters more than a paragraph of promises. Profiles come first.
Whole bean, ground and single-serve are being evaluated so the coffee fits your routine, not the other way around.
We won’t claim a special origin, altitude, certification or functional benefit until there’s proof behind it.
Freshly ground when you're ready. An ideal direction for anyone who likes to make the moment part of the morning.
1197A name inspired by elevation.
A point of view grounded in the everyday.
Some days you make the moment. Other days, the coffee does.
1197 is being developed as a real business, not a concept that skips the difficult questions. We're validating product quality, cost and fulfillment before we open a store.
Prioritize approachable core coffees and compare practical formats before broadening the catalog.
Evaluate coffee quality, minimum quantities, packaging, shipping and actual landed costs.
Confirm tasting profiles, presentation, customer experience and viable unit economics.
A few things worth being clear about while we're still building.
Not yet. This is an early brand preview, not an active storefront. The coffee, packaging and fulfillment partners are still being evaluated.
No. The name draws inspiration from altitude, but it isn't a claim about the precise elevation of every coffee or a certification. Specific sourcing details will be published only when verified.
Whole bean and ground coffee are the main candidates. Compatible single-serve pods are also under consideration, subject to cost, freshness and manufacturing feasibility. Starter bundles and subscriptions may be evaluated after the unit economics are clearer.
We are researching broader possibilities, including specialty origins, decaf and functional concepts. None are approved launch products, and we're not making wellness or performance claims.
